Motivated by experience
We spent years inside residence life, doing the work by hand. Building duty schedules in spreadsheets. Chasing program paperwork across email threads. Reconciling budgets in a dozen different files. Digging through disconnected systems for answers that should have taken seconds.
So we built it
Every tool we were handed either felt built for a different decade or tried to do everything and did none of it well. We knew there had to be a better way — so we rolled up our sleeves and built the platform we wished we'd had.
